Yeah Kal’s flashbacks got QUITE intense…and almost leave more queations at this time-always another secret!. They are also indeed very traumatic to read. Like Data, when I reread these books, I hope something new happens XD. Every time someone not Data says certain words, I grin because od what they mean later (also happens in pre-Stormlight episodes…like Cett vs Set). Also, fortunately, most of your Qs and predigaments are addressed. At some point. By the end of book 4 at the latest :)
