The Sanderlanche Podcast

So a lot to go over, including at least one revelation that was absolutely shocking to our crew and another revelation that they didn't understand at all but shocked a character in the book to his very core. We've known it was coming all book. We've been waiting for it, wondering when the hammer would fall. The assassin in white has been in the wings, but when would he make himself known? It wasn't the end of part 1. It wasn't the chapter called, "Assassin." When, storms curse you, when?! Now. It's now, on this week's episode of The Sanderlanche.

Look, yall, some stuff happened. Is anyone really to blame? Maybe. But why dwell, right? 

Joe didn't make it this episode, but Dac and Jaymee have some thoughts. Between Kaladin on the sparring ground and Shallan on the road, interesting things are happening on this week's episode of The Sanderlanche!

Part 2 of the book is well and truly begun. Kaladin is being loaded down with work, and Shallan is trying to Jasnah her way to the top. Somehow it's all going relatively well on this week's episode of the Sanderlanche. ... It can't last.

We're still sort of re-setting the stage here at the start of the new book, and yet, information dumps about the nature of spren and the Knights Radiant are popping up as Jasnah decides to share with Shallan some of what she's been keeping to herself all this time. We've made it! We're finishing The Way of Kings, and part 5 just keeps the hits coming with surprises and twists and quasi-happy-endings around every corner. It's kind of a lot to take in after so long on our trip to get here. 30 episodes of this book, not counting all the others that paved the way.
