Joe offered some really good points here. First I completely agree that Wit’s role in this series is definitely much more prevalent than in the other series. But it works extremely well for the insanity that is Roshar. Secondly I really just like his take on the historical elements of places learning to accept democracy, more and more, and Roshar definitely is not like our modern society. Kaladin is sometimes quite humorous. Also, “Bridge Four is now Bridge F***ed” is a really funny line.
